New Applicants

What follows is a nuts and bolts explanation of the application process.

1) Register yourself for these forums using the link on the top right side.

2) Check your email for a confirmation code and enter the code.

3) Click the "Apply to Guild" link on the left side.

4) After filling out the form provided, submit your application.

5) Feel free to contact an officer to discuss your application further.

6) Look to the upper right corner of the forums for a response by forum mail. Alternatively, an officer will contact you in-game.

Guild Members

A special "lauch code" is listed on the Guild Information in the Game.  This will allow you to bypass the usual guild application process. You will still need to register for these forums, though. Please take this opportunity to make sure that the name displayed when you post on our forums identifies you clearly. You will receive an email with a confirmation code and will need to click on the confirmation link.

Once you're registered, click on the "Apply to Guild" link to the left of the page and enter your launch code. Any guild officer can provide the code at any time. Please contact one via whisper, forum mail, or in-game mail.

 

After you're a member, an officer will need to give you permission to use the Members Only forums. Any officer can do so, but it may take as long as a day for someone to get around to it.

Once you can see the Members Only forums, you need to visit the Guild Roster section. Click on the listings by Character tab and claim your characters. If you are a new recruit, give it a few days to synch up your character with the Armory database.
